Electrical Connection for Electric Chain Hoists

Connector plug for ancillary equipment 3/N/PE on chain hoist

• Ancillary equipment is connected via a 5-pole power socket (3/N/PE). The power supply to the hoist may have to be 5-pole depending on use. (This is only possible with direct control and without electric trolley travelling.)
• The socket is connected upstream of the crane emergency stop so that the power supply to the ancillary equipment is guaranteed even after the emergency stop has been triggered.
• The ancillary equipment may be connected to the hoist with ease: simply connect or disconnect the plug coupling.
