Owing to the great success Independent Mining Services (IMS) has experienced in Mackay, QLD since establishment in 2008, the company has grown from strength to strength. As a result of its success and growth, when IMS was looking to expand on their existing site in Mackay they placed their needs for 1^st class product design, quality and ongoing after sales support onto this country’s best crane builder, Eilbeck Cranes for the supply of new overhead cranes and jib cranes.

IMS New Workshop Expansion

Through building head contractor F K Garner and Sons, a builder which Eilbeck Cranes has worked extensively before with on many successful projects throughout QLD, a total of 10 off 2000kg column mounted jib cranes and 2 off double girder 25t x 17m span overhead cranes were supplied fully compliant to the specific needs and operation of the new facility.
